Viktorija has been teaching piano since 1998. Her teaching experiences include a piano studio in Bedford, Massachusetts, Waltham, Massachusetts, and Burlington, Vermont where she interacted with students of different ethnical backgrounds, ranging in age from 5 to 22. Currently Viktorija teaches in her home studio in Bedford, Massachusetts and she is also on the faculty at The Rivers School Conservatory. In the past her students have won prizes from numerous piano competitions, including the MMTA Bay State competition in Fitchburg and they have actively participated in the NEPTA recitals, Musical Achievement Evaluations, National Music Certificate Program, several master classes and studio recitals.

Valerie RossPiano


Master of Music (with distinction), Piano Performance, Longy School of Music

Bachelor of Music in Education (summa cum laude), California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Music, University of the Pacific 

Originally hailing from Livermore, California, Valerie Ross began playing piano at age three and consistently received top marks in California’s Certificate of Merit program. She graduated magna cum laude from University of the Pacific’s Conservatory of Music, where she earned a BM in Music Education and was twice selected to perform in the Conservatory’s annual outstanding performer recital.

Ms. Ross moved to Boston in 2007, where she has been working as a freelance pianist. An experienced music educator, Ms. Ross teaches several private students and has also taught classroom music and choir. She recently earned a masters degree in piano performance, with distinction, from the Longy School of Music, where she is a student of Randall Hodgkinson. Past teachers include Frank Wiens and Sonia Leong. Master classes with Jon Nakamatsu, Leslie Howard, and Peter Frankl.

Ms. Ross is a member of Pi Kappa Lambda and Phi Kappa Phi.


Ivan TanPiano


Ivan Tan recently received his master's degree in piano performance from the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College (SUNY), where he was a member of the Contemporary Ensemble and a frequent recital accompanist. He earned his undergraduate degree at Brown University, where he was a dual concentrator in music theory (with honors) and applied mathematics, and received the Hope Chatterton Prize for Excellence in Keyboard Performance. He is also a winner of the Rhode Island Chaminade Club Competition. Recent engagements have included a  performance of George Crumb's Vox balaenae (Voice of the Whale) at Symphony Space, and performances of works by Shostakovich and Mussorgsky with the New York-based arts collective MADart Creative. Currently, he performs and teaches throughout the Boston area. Past teachers include Paul Ostrovsky and Arlene Cole.
